MAGNOFLEXX

 Magna-flexx is a new, high energy (2500+ average gauss), flexible permanent magnetic material with a special magnetic polarity orientation (Patent pending).
It has a waterproof, self- adhesive side, for easy installation. Magna-flexx is low in cost, needs no power to operate, has no moving parts, and works on all types of pipe. It is a Strontium Ferrite based and lasts virtually forever.

Principle of operation
About 80% of water exists as water molecule clusters and are held together by hydrogen bonds. The molecular agitation caused by the magnetic influence breaks many of these hydrogen bonds and causes a great number of the water molecule clusters to become individual water molecules in the form of micro crystals. These individual water molecules now become available to take in or re dissolves existing lime scale and gets carried away along with the water flow

Magna-Wrap can be installed on any type of pipe including copper, steel, or plastic. No tools are needed to install Magna-Flexx, simply peel the tape from the adhesive side of the magnetic strip it around the pipe that needs to be treated. Continue to wrap the pipe until Magna-Flexx is completely used up. After Fixing MF Units The water should flow minimum 2 to 3 Mtrs

Magnoflex can be used with very good results in the following applications

. 1) BOILERS / GENERATORS – will reduce fuel consumption by 10%

2)      RO PLANT – will increase the output of clean water by10% & the life of the membrane

3) WATER SOFTENING PLANT – reduces the chemical requirement by 50%

4) AIR CONDITIONING PLANTS – Due to removal of scale in the condenser/chiller/water lines, the power consumption comes down by 10% due to the lower operating head pressures

5) WATER PIPE LINES IN PROCESS PLANTS – due to the removal of scale and the lower surface tension of magnetized water, power consumption of pumps reduces by 10%

6) AIR WASHER PLANT – the problem of clogging of nozzles is eliminated – the power consumption of water circulating pump reduces by 10%

7) Swimming pools / SPA- Reduces the maintenance costs drastically – The chemical usage reduces by 50%

8) Housing / Office Complexes- removes the scaling in the water line system
