This is a hand operated tool ,suitable when fitted with the appropriate Nose piece for setting 1/8”,5/32,3/16 & ¼” dia. Blind rivets.

 

Extend the lazy tong mechanism to its full length.Insert the rivet stem into the nose piece.Position the rivet in the structure to be assembled and push on the linkages again and push on the linkages for complete stroke.If the rivet does not set ,first time,extend the linkages again and push the nose piece upto the rivet head for another stroke.When the stem breaks the rivet is set.Remove the broken stem from the tool by extending the linkages fully.The stem will drop from the back or front of tool.
