(Rendered perspective and detailed models can be provided at an extra cost). (3)Preparation of Drawings for Statutory Approvals. (4)Detailed Plans, Sections and Elevations of Buildings and details of doors, windows, flooring, railings Detailed working drawings. (5)Schedule of finishing materials. A.2 INTERIOR DESIGN:: (1)Preparation of overall Interior Layout Plan. (2)Preparation of the Bill of Quantities and General Specifications, Tender Document preparation, Shortlisting Contractors, evaluation of Bids, negotiations with Bidders, selection and recommendation of Contractor. (3)Preparation of Working Drawings and Details. (4)Inspection of work at site during execution, issue instructions and coordinate work execution pattern. (5) Check progress and Contractor’s Running and Final Bills and recommend the same for payment. A.3 CIVIL:: (1)Preparation of Working Drawings and Schedule of Finishes for various building types. (2)Preparation of detailed fabrication drawings for Reinforced Concrete, Precast Concrete, Structural Steel and other structural Systems and approval of such drawings prepared by Contractors in coordination with our group of experienced consultants. (3)Preparation of the Bill of Quantities and General Specifications, Tender Document preparation, shortlisting Contractors, floating Tenders, negotiations with contractors, selection and recommendation of Contractor. (4)Inspection of work at site during execution, issue instructions and coordinate work execution pattern. A.4 LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE:: (1) Preparation of overall Development Plan. (2) Preparation of detailed site grading drawings pathway details and planting plans, water bodies and other details, etc. (3)Preparation of Bill of Quantities and General Specifications, Tender Document preparation, Shortlisting Contractors, floating Tenders, evaluation of Bids, negotiations with Bidders, selection and recommendation of Contractor. (5) Inspection of work at site during execution. A.5 ELECTRICAL:: (1)Preparation of overall power and lighting distribution for building systems and interiors. (2)Preparation of Detailed Working Drawing Layouts for Wiring, Cabling, Distribution Boards, Fittings and Fixtures, specialized units, and detailed calculation for electrical load balancing, etc., in coordination with established consultants. (3) Preparation of the Bill of Quantities and detailed technical specifications, Tender Document preparation, shortlisting Contractors, floating Tenders, receiving Tenders, evaluation of Bids, negotiations with Bidders, selection and recommendation of Contractor. (4) Review and approval of Contractor’s detailed electrical drawings, specifications and samples of items to be used for the project. |
