At its core, our receivables management business is all about our people. Effective pursuit of even relatively simple commercial collection claims is more complex than the "dialing for pesos" world of consumer collections. For our people to be effective they need not only the traditional collector attributes of persistence and persuasion, but also a solid understanding of commercial law, collection practice and each client\'s industry and business particulars. These are not skills learned in a three-week training course.

ACMGi Client Team

We build each Client Team around our "single point of contact" philosophy. Every client is assigned an account manager who is responsible for all aspects of the client relationship, whether it be traditional collections, outsourcing, letter service, or a combination of services. Our account managers are among the most experienced in the commercial receivables management business, with an average of more than five years of industry experience.

Our collection specialists and account manager are long-tenured professionals with years of experience. Our collectors actually started their careers at large companies, so they know the importance of balancing our client's needs for both recovery and relationship preservation.
